DJ -X-X-X- History:
Kees de Brouwer DJs under the name of DJ -X-X-X-. A short bio of my career:
Since 1994 I have been djing within the Cybergothic scene. In March 1995 I started our CYBERIA (Utrecht), which now still is going strong as one of the regular Cybergothic parties in Holland. Next to this I have organised a lot of different parties throughout Holland on several locations like WILLEMEEN (Arnhem), METROPOOL (Hengelo), 013 (Tilburg), BAZART (The Hague), IDUNA (Drachten).
Next to our monthly CYBERIA (Utrecht) I now also organise regular Cybergothic parties and Events at TIVOLI / TIVOLI-DE HELLING (Utrecht) & EFFENAAR (Eindhoven).
Futhermore I also arrange parties and events at other locations throughout Holland.
Over the last years I also did a lot of guest djing in several countries, like USA (West Coast tour - July 2001), Greece (with concert of Hocico / Terminal Choice, december 2005 @ club dark Sun), Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, WGT 2005!, etc...), Belgium (Steeple & Eurorock), Denmark (December 2005 @ club Stahwerk) and England (Slimelight + other london clubs!)
Next to this I did (and still do!) a lot of different festivals in Holland, like GOTHAM (Amsterdam), XTREACTOR (Arnhem, Utrecht), METROPOLIS 2001 (Rotterdam), LOWLANDS 2002 (Dronten), EUROROCK 2002 (in Belgium) and ofcourse our own SUMMER DARKNESS (Utrecht), which will return every year in august!
Next to the festivals and guest DJ appearances, I DJ during all our regular Cybergothic dancenights & events in Holland. To stay informed on the actual parties and Events, check out the CYBERCASE Myspace for up to date info on this !
Other DJ activities are related to the Dutch Underground Charts [DUC].
